Annual General Meeting 24th. February, 2026 A substantive change in the Committee, but some “old” faces remained to assist with the transition and continuity. President: Kristie Ogden, Vice-President: Debbie Jenkins, Treasurer: Garry Martin, Assistant Treasurer: Lynda Hughes, Eisteddfod Secretary: Annette Neilson, Assistant Secretary: Bridie Clark. Those in attendance at the AGM have become General Committee.
Dates for 2026: October 10/11 (Troupes Weekend), 17/18, 24/25, 31 and November 1st. Entry/Admin Fees will need to rise slightly in an effort to redress a (slight) loss suffered in 2025. Watch out for details of these.
Planning Meeting for the 2026 Event Will be held at “The Factory Rehearsal Centre for the Arts”, 5/65 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East from 7.30 pm. on Thursday, 26th. March. Entry details, Program outline and time-lines need to be confirmed at this meeting and will be communicated soon after. Please remember a number of Committee are doing these jobs for the first time.
