To the Casey Comps Community,
The Committee of Casey Comps formally advises that recent correspondence uploaded to the Casey Comps website was published by a former Executive Committee member who no longer holds any position or authority within the organisation.
The current Committee does not endorse, support, or condone the content or conduct associated with that correspondence. The Committee affirms its commitment to maintaining Casey Comps as an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants, families, dance schools, teachers, volunteers, and members of the community.
The Committee confirms that appropriate internal actions and governance measures have been undertaken in response to this matter in accordance with the organisation’s obligations and policies.
Any statements, representations, or opinions made by former committee members after the cessation of their appointment are made in their personal capacity only and are not authorised statements on behalf of Casey Comps or its current Committee.
The current Committee welcomes feedback, concerns, and questions regarding the operation and integrity of Casey Comps. All correspondence received will be considered in good faith and addressed through appropriate Committee processes and meetings where required.
Community members, including competitors, parents, family members, dance schools, and teachers, may contact the Committee at any time via email at info.caseycomps@gmail.com, and the Committee will endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Committee also welcomes expressions of interest from any individuals wishing to assist or volunteer in support of the competition.
Casey Comps remains committed to the continuation and ongoing success of the competition, which has served the community for more than 40 years.
